For how long will my ticket be valid?
Your ticket is valid for both days of the show, though most people find that attending for just one day is sufficient.
I have purchased tickets, but never received them. What should I do?
If you have purchased tickets, but not received them, then please contact Customer Services - email@example.com with the name of the show, full names of all ticket holders, and the email address you used when purchasing your ticket and they will contact you directly.
I am having difficulty purchasing my tickets. What should I do?
If you're experiencing difficulty purchasing your ticket(s) through our website, there are three general reasons that may apply:
- Temporary errors – If you receive an error screen, it is likely that there is a temporary error with the system. Try to purchase your tickets again the following day.
- Declined credit card – A 'declined' response is generated by your bank and cannot be altered by our systems. To resolve this error, please contact your bank directly.
Advance purchase of tickets to Down Under Live! is only available with a credit card. We cannot accept bank transfers, Western Union, cash or cheque in advance.
I have purchased tickets, but don't seem to have received them.
First check your junk/spam folder. If that does not work, please email us – firstname.lastname@example.org with the name of the expo, full names of all ticket holders, and the email address you used when purchasing your ticket to be resent confirmation details.
I've lost my tickets. What should I do?
Can you help me get a visa to work in Australia?
Please contact us as above and we will send instructions to download and print off your ticket again. If you contact us on the day of the expo and you’ve lost or misplaced your ticket, please come to the expo and speak to our front of house team. They have access to a record of every ticket sold.
As we are not an emigration agency, we are unfortunately unable to assist with specific visa enquiries. However, at the show you will have the opportunity to meet with immigration consultants who can assist you with specific visa queries. We can though help you with your job enquiries. Do I have to attend all day?
Down Under Live will be running on both the Saturday and Sunday. For further information on opening times and how to get here please visit the specific events pages. The seminars will also run across the weekend – for specific times of our content programme please check back nearer the event.
Do I need to attend both days of the Expo?
You will find that attending one day of the show should be sufficient. The same companies exhibit on both days and the seminars that we run on the first day are repeated again on the second.
Can I bring my children?
You may bring your children to Down Under Live. Attendees under 16 years of age are free.
